Since it's inception in 1978 Bullfrogs and Butterflies has become one of Christianity's most endearing songs. Written and sung by Barry McGuire it has inspired and delighted Children and their parents around the world.

Now on the 30th Anniversary of it's release Bullfrogs and Butterflies has been given new characters and a whole new range of adventures, sung and narrated by Barry 'the Bear'.

The World is Changing

The world today is very different from the world in 1978 and the new material reflects those changes. While traditional Biblical concepts are kept, the themes are designed to encourage, inspire and motivate children of all ages to grow up to become responsible mature adults.

The first recording in the series will obviously be about being born again and explains the concept of salvation and how God loves us so much that he sent his Son, Jesus, to die for us on the cross so that we may have eternal life.

In an age when Sunday Schools are not as prolific as they were back in the 70's and 80's, Bullfrogs and Butterflies can be used to encourage children in their faith and can also be used as an evangelistic tool for their friends to learn about Jesus.

This site will also be a place where children can visit and download drawings to colour in, read some of the new stories and learn about how to make the world a better place.

Children today face enormous pressures and the media and products aimed at children increasingly portray cartoons and children's characters involved with witchcraft and sexual imagery or both.

Butterflies are fun and they're coming to you!

With so much emphasis on fairies and witchcraft today, Butterflies are the perfect alternative for kids.

In 2010 Bullfrogs and Butterflies will be on tour. Your children from your church can participate in the performance by learning some of the songs prior to the team coming.
