Island of the Son CD completed
The first of five children's CDs recorded by Barry McGuire has been completed. The CD features Keith Green's children as well as other Jesus Music Legends children.
The uniqueness of the package is that it includes a CD rom filled with activities, words to the songs and a bible study for kids to follow.
Each CD in the Bullfrogs and Butterflies series will include unique activities that will enable a child to listen and do the activities at home or in a church setting as part of a Sunday School class.
The story so far...
The Bullfrogs and Butterflies have discovered this beautiful Island, where all the animals can dance and sing and everyone tells the truth.
They've built their own villages and live happily, however they have not explored the whole island. The one person they have found on the Island is a bear. The bear loves the bullfrogs and butterflies and has sworn to look after them and protect them.
The Bear is also teaching them about how to live, how to develop, how to follow their dreams and how to grow strong and true and to help others.

Thank you for this - deeply appreciated. I notice to my delight that one of the songs on there is 'Don't rubbish the children' - I will be using that in secondary school as part of their RS curriculum that looks at Arts, Music, Media and Religious Studies - it really is such a powerful song. It is always really hard to get excellent material that won't offend the governments stance on non converting children.
I also am going to use Bullfrogs and Butterflies to teach on what it means to Christians to be born again. I work in an all boys secondary school and religious studies is not their favourite subject - they cannot see the point in being able to understand different people, cultures, beliefs etc - but that is exactly the challenge I like. Every September they come into my classroom moaning about 'What is the point' and every July they leave staying 'Hope we have you next year Miss' :)
I also work with young children at conferences and weekends away - so your material will be used over and over again - and of course I will be giving the credit right back to you.
